Do you drag yourself into bed at night, and then 5 to 6 hours later, you are dragging your butt out of bed? Why are we in such a hurry to rush our life away? Well, as so many people, I fall in this same catagory. I need to take time and enjoy my surroundings. I wake up in the mornings and grab a diet coke to help wake my body up.
