Monday, 17 August 2015. I needed to do a thank you card and for a lady it has to be pink. I chose this lovely patterned paper and topped with some patterned card which also has a slight pattern. But is hard to see in the photo. Then I used cream card for the die cuts and green for the leaves. Marianne Design dies used LR0112 swirls, LR0156 leaves, LR0202 Anja edge,LR0272 Anja Vintage Frame and LR0224 Thanks. Finished with mulberry flowers, pearls and 2 die cut butterflies.

Creating Mixed Media journal pages are something I have started to indulge in of late. But, my heart gives a leap when I think of using beautiful pattern papers or canvas boards to start with. frequent blog hopping brought to fore Cardboard as substrate.
