My take on 23things. Sunday, July 13, 2008. Last, but not least, I really liked the 23 Things project. It exposed me to so many new technologies that I only had vague notions of before. I had actually read blogs as results from Google searches but didnt know what they were or where they came from. Now I am intimately familiar with this method of sharing information! And it was a welcome change from some of the routine functions of our job. I give 23 Things a BIG THUMBS UP! Wasnt that a horror movie?CONTENT

That there is a vast sea of stuff out there that I have barely scratched the surface of. How has this program assisted or affected your lifelong learning goals? Sunday, August 3, 2008. I enjoyed making my own blog. This was not as hard as I thought it would be. I feel like I can get lost in the world of feeds.
Monday, July 14, 2008. My favorite part of this program was exploring technorati. Its a great way to find new sources of info. I am not sure yet how this program will fit into my lifelong learning goals. One way to improve upon this program would be to institute workshops to help people along the way. The open time in the computer lab was a good start and I think more guided instruction during that time would be beneficial to many. The library does get alot of mail.
