Thursday, March 29, 2012. Flannel Friday - Pigs wanna fly. A couple years ago when I started doing storytimes, Chris LeMieux taught me the flannel board song, Eight Piggies in a Row. Raffi only sings the first verse. Chris learned the song from Sally Chilson, our youth services coordinator, and after adapting it for her needs passed it on to me. I put up the eight piggies. These are from Pigs love Pancakes.

Every storytime can benefit from a little something. extra! Saturday, October 5, 2013. I decided to make a flannel story that would fit on this board, so I made Fall is Not Easy. Instead I just made a few that the children would like and find funny. This plan is for my program.

The more that you read, the more things you will know. A while back I posted about a Parachute Storytime I did as my baby storytime theme. It had been a while since I used that storytime, so I decided to dust off my parachute and try it again.
