2011 and 2012 RACES. Monday, March 18, 2013. Week 11 30 miles and New Bedford long run. Only thing bugging me were two blisters on the balls of my feet great, Id been running so little my feet were soft! I finished at 153 838 pace, way off the PR, but not bad for no training whatsoever.
