Saturday, October 3, 2009. Wow, it has been awhile since I have blogged. My travels are keeping my busy! It looks like my last blog was about the 2009 Iowa State Fair. That means I have a month and a half of rodeos to blog about! I would have to agree that Dayton was one of the best professional rodeos I attended all year. I had a wonderful time at the Dayton Rodeo and meet many amazing people there! Fort Madison, Iowa, was the next stop after Dayton.

Saturday, December 18, 2010. I had a wonderful experience at Miss Rodeo America. The 8 days of competition was very busy with an average of 5 hours a sleep each night. Most of our time throughout the day was spent in rehearsal learning dancing and staging in preparation for the fashion show and coronation. Coronation was held Saturday afternoon; I am honored to have made the Top 10! Miss Rodeo South Dakota, McKenzie Hayley won the title. Paula Jameson, my national director, my mom, Joanne and I.
Wednesday, October 5, 2011. My next Miss Rodeo Iowa adventure took me back to Nebraska again. It was time for the Justin Boot Championships. The top 12 cowboys and cowgirls in each event would be there fighting for the title of champion. I was having some company on this trip as I have on other trips. I was so excited for Paige Oveson, Miss Rodeo Minnesota and Brooke Owen, Miss Rodeo Illinois to be coming with me. Me and Paige by a sleeping gorilla at the zoo. He had a great Iowa fo.
