Follow along with the Brown family as we experience life in Malawi, Africa at Malamulo Hospital and College. Sunday, December 19, 2010. Africa is scary too! You should have seen the lightning storm we had last night! Everyone ended up huddled in the middle of the floor as it pounded around us! I was watching out the window and saw the lightning travel down some wires outside the house jumping out to trees.
We had a brilliant week and really enjoyed leading the Bible studies with the youth groups and learning more about the work that Kindle does. The youth workers, Petro and Solomon, were so inspiring in the energy and passion they had for the work they do. Saturday, 6 August 2011. Even though only 8 days have passed. Well done to Emily who has done briliantly in her GCSE results - congratulations! The team have had a good day and night at a Game Reserve to round off the Mission. They saw lots of elephant, hippos and crocodiles. Now they are preparing for the journey home.
