Cooking is so much more pleasant in the fall and winter, so its the perfect time to have the opportunity - nay, duty - to experiment with crazy vegetables. The first weeks bounty was pretty wonderful tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, red peppers, a few jalapenos, plums, arugula, mixed greens, corn, broccoli, green beans. Am I forgetting something? Satisfying.
