Friday, November 21, 2014. Wow, I have been taking a long time to update my blog! Life just gets slighty busy with 7 kids, plus homeschool, wife, and mommy duties! We have eleven walnut trees on our property and with the rainy weather we have had they are not drying properly. So, Tim and the kiddos have spent hours and I mean hours, shelling walnuts so they dont mold. As of now, we have three gallon bags of shelled walnuts in the freezer! With quite a bit more to go.
