Monday, August 12, 2013. That is just too old! He can now go to preschool, play on soccer leagues and he even has his own opinion. I love that he is growing and learning, I just hate how quickly its going by. To celebrate his special day we had family over the night before. Monday, March 23, 2015. I love, love, love Thai Red Curry and after much research and trial and error have discovered how to make it at home! We think this is super tasty and very close to what we get in Thai restaurants, so similar in fact, that we never go out for Thai any more. Now, we cook! Add your curry paste.
