Monday, 1 September 2014. Went out for a run this morning. Looks like it was the first one since November last year. Felt pretty much like it too! No music couldnt find the running headphones, and grey drizzle to yomp through. Ran the loop clockwise, a 2.85 mile welcome back, which took me 25 mins 42 seconds. Im going to improve that! Felt good, mostly - didnt stop, and knees felt okay. Left knee a little sore now four hours later, but sure itll recover. Tuesday, 26 November 2013. Enjoyed it .
