He had a similar dish at a friends house and so I called his wife for her recipe, tweeked it a little to make it my own! Ingredients - 2-3 lb Round steak. 12 cup soy sauce. 12 tsp ginger powder. 1 tsp garlic powder NOT garlic salt! 1 Cut round steak into strips. 2 Brown round steak until no longer pink, drain grease. 3 Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Easy P.
