Collaboration and Modification in the Schools.
Here is a clip from a video that I found that discusses why teacher collaboration can help run classrooms more efficiently. Not only do they come together to work on their lesson plans, but will team teach as well. The teachers also have the ability to find common behavior patterns with students and find ways to work together to stop disruptive behavior in students.
Synchronous versus asynchronous learning communities is what the readings were about this week. Synchronous learning communities have specific meeting dates and times. Asynchronous learning communities have deadlines but members are allowed to submit and respond at their convenience.
