After the scale being seemingly stuck on the same number for the past three.count them.three.days.today showed a couple of pounds weight loss bringing my weight loss grand total to 24.4 pounds! Now, yes, I have many, many more pounds to go. I realize that. But I am celebrating today! I had never been so out of shape that my posterior hurt! Today, I have finished my two hour walk ! Because that would be totally inappropriate !
