Jeez Where to begin again? Hurried home to find a mini-party, complete with cake and presents. Tried not to become too frantic and of course, as per usual, I was running late.
Monday, August 23, 2010. Laughter is just one of the best medicines. March was one of the most physically and emotionally intense months of my service in the DR, and it funneled me into the end of my service, which funneled me into readjusting to life in the United States.

Get me outta here! Rick passed away June 15. When I owned my meat market, I purchased my meat from a wholesaler. This particular wholesaler also supplied meat to restaurants and institutions. I stopped by there almost every morning to pick up something needed. Because I grew to know all the employees I would wonder out on the cutting floor and BS with them. And, of course, I observed their cutting practices. You bet they are! So how is the problem solved? My Meat Department Tabloid.
