Bugs, bikes, brains, and buffalo. Thoughts of a myelin challenged woman now living in Fort McMurray. Wednesday, January 8, 2014. The holidays were a mixed bag of tricks and emotions. Sad to be away from family and happy to be making new friends, but the roller coaster of emotions takes its toll. However, it is new year. Speaking of years, it was 16 years ago this week that I was diagnosed with MS.

Wednesday, December 23, 2009. Kellie did take the babysitter home and I was cleaning up. There was a chair from the playroom in the living room. I picked up the blanket and out fell handcuffs. And there was rope tied around the chair. I am not sure exactly what happened but everyone seemed happy so I am not going to ask. Sunday, December 6, 2009. With that, I am off to watch the news and prepare for yet another week of challenges.
Wednesday, October 19, 2011. A funny thing happened on the way to school yesterday. I was driving along, minding my own business, dodging cars as traffic thickened on the 10. And out of nowhere, taking me completely by surprise, I got very emotional. Tears started welling up in my eyes and I felt a huge wave of something.
