Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Day 5 Disneyland part 1. Yahtoday at last it is to Disneyland. Journey by taxi to Disneyland. it is getting a bit red. due to the dry weather there. The tall, tall buildings on the way to Disneyland. At the Hollywood Hotel, we left our suitcases at the Conceirge to go to Disneyland. Hotels here are pretty expansive. so we try to save on one day of hotel. There are 2 hotels here - Hollywood hotel is the cheaper one. What a big poster! .

The Methow Valley has wonderful cycling opportunities for both road riders and mountain bike enthusiasts. Monday, October 19, 2009. Methow Fall Bike Festival 2009. It was a beautiful morning and my son was psyched to race. He knows the course and was confident he would do well. He rode the 11 mile course in just over an hour and came in first in his age group getting beat only by two men, in spite of two crashes. Tuesday, October 13, 2009.

When life in suburbia became to crazy we packed it up and moved to a piece of heaven on earth, the Methow Valley. Since then life has certainly been interesting. As a graduate from Washington State University in Pullman it was great to be back on the dry side of the state. Through this blog I hope to show the rest of the world what a great place we have to work and play.
