Life is about creating yourself, not finding yourself. Monday, August 20, 2012. Today marks the beginning of a new school year, and in a sense, the end of summer.

The end of the year at Sippel was awesome. The kids each had little award ceremonies and were so proud of all they had learned. Hannah had pajama day for the very last day. Ashton looked so much older by the end of the year. For the first few months of school these two rode plasma cars to school and Lucy and I would ride them home. Then they started bike riding and never stopped. The bike riders got let out a few minutes before the walkers so they made a great choice.

A look into our everyday life. Tuesday, July 14, 2015. We decided to have cake and ice cream at our house and invite his friend from across the street. I did make a train birthday cake, which was a lot of work, but totally worth it. He opened his birthday presents after his friend left and he loved them. He makes this beard look good. Loves it before it is even out of the package.
