First, and there are no pictures of this, I picked through the racks at Fashion Exchange. I happened to go on a day when all summer items were 50 off, plus another 20 off two items that had been in the store for more than 30 days, besides the already great consignment prices. I also placed an order recently with fabric.com. To this bully of a small-business economy.
