Much has changed since I last posted on this blog. My children have grown and blossomed. My dance classes have grown into a being a member of a well known troupe. Ashlyn graduated from Kindergarten yesterday. That hit me in the NUTS! Read about it here.

Looking back at the cobbled streets where memories treasured, thoughts came alive in spur of a moment, refused to fade. Sometimes spontaneously, sometimes thoughtfully measured; Carving a place for slices of my life and voices inside my head. The innocence that is lost. A brand new year, a not so new me. Yet I cannot help but smile, full of eager anticipation, full of lightness because of all the casting off happened last year.

We stand there, totally bored, waiting for the elevator to descend from floor 9 to zero.
