We sold our house in 24 hours this week after receiving 4 offers. Im still trying to comprehend it. This was our first house, and where Philly was born. We also put SO much work into this house - blood, sweat, and tears. Im excited for the next adventure in house ownership, but will be sad to say goodbye to Velvet Leaf.
