I read somewhere that this was how a farmer somewhere, probably in Idaho grew his potatoes stacking straw over the plants and they were the cleanest and most desired potatoes in his area. So thats what I did. Heres my yield. I also think that I would have had a better yield had I layered dirt in with t.CONTENT
