Exercise so far this week Monday - runwalk for 45 minutes, Tuesday - yoga in the morning, Wednesday - yoga and then runwalk for 45 minutes at 420 am, Thursday today - yoga in the evening. Im going to walk for an hour tomorrow and then do yoga in the morning on Saturday followed by a 45 minute runwalk in the afternoon. Sunday is for sleeping while Michael watches football.
