I was inspired to do this blog after reading Julie and Julia. Although the Julia on my blog isnt Julia Child, its my mom. My mom was a working mom who managed to put a delicious and nutritious home-cooked meal on the table every night. My goal over the next year is to cook a new meal at least three times a week for my family. Wish me luck.
