Thursday, September 9, 2010. This is my FAVORITE picture from our trip. On our 2 week trip up to the northwest we drive through the Redwoods. I know now how special it is to have National Parks. I wish I could live in the Redwood forest. I like the energy there! One of the top 3 places on our trip. The Redwoods are over 300 feet tall. That is taller the the Statue of Liberty. Friday, August 7, 2015. Last weekend there apparently was some heavy duty storms around the Province. but not in my neck of the woods. I would like to tell you that there was lots of hiking and exploring and spending lots of time doing different activities. I spent the entire time in a Hammock.
