Isolated RV infarction is rare. Suggested by ST segment elevation 1 mm in V. Reduced left sided filling pressures associated with systemic hypotension. If patient is hypotensive - may require aggressive fluid resuscitation to maintain BP. RV end-diastolic pressure of 10-15 mm Hg has been associated with higher outputs than pressures lower or higher than this. Feb 5 2008; 117.

Prolongs penile corporeal smooth muscle relaxation. Sildenaphil is only effective when cyclic GMP is present in penile smooth muscle.

Monday, 30 May 2011. May initially have non-specific respiratory symptoms. Examination may show finger clubbing and respiratory crackles. Condition may progress even after exposure has halted. More severe symptoms with disease progression include dyspnoea, hypoxaemia and eventually pulmonary hypertension with cor pulmonale. May be pleural plaques similar to asbestos plaques.
