Monday, August 2, 2010. I am going to do a cleanse. 1 Take a glass, big enough to contain 10 ounces of water. Pour 5 ounces of the filtered water into it. 2 Add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice to the water. 3 Mix 2 tablespoons of mayple syrup to the mixture. 5 Add the remaining 5 ounces of filtered water and stir well.
