Tuesday, December 23, 2008. 1 Create the effect of tree bark using filter distrot. 2 Lighting effects are used to create that kind of light source is shining from the top. 3 The M curve is created to get the chrome effect. 4 I imported an image that I downloaded from google. Finally its comes to the end. this is the last exercise that i had gone trough. psd and put the background color and used rectangle marquee tool to make stripe like the picture below. Then i put light effect. i made some adjustment to the setting. Then in the channel pallet i made new alpha channels and put fiber effect into it.
Friday, December 26, 2008. This last tutorial im gonna make a chrome effect style using font or logo. open the path layer on to the wallpaper that u like. Alt backspace to fill the color with white. Go to edit stroke for 2 copies of the layer and displace them using displacement. Then use gaussian blur to smooth out the edges. Go to image calculation to combine both layers together. This is wat it looks like after the curve adjustments.

Ive learned advance techniques of filters effects, editor and enchance images using level, curve and creating alpha channel. Firstly, Im creating the new layer of the background.
