I use my Kitchen Aid machine to make this dense, moist, easy to slice loaf, ideal for sandwiches. 1 cup lukewarm water. 14 cup orange juice. 3 Tbsp molasses or maple syrup. 2 tsp instant yeast. 14 cup nonfat dry mild. 3 cups whole wheat flour. 1 14 tsp salt. Thoroughly grease an 8 12 X4 12 loaf pan. Its important to grease the pan well, as this bread tends to stick.CONTENT

Wednesday, June 8, 2011. Last day in Singapore! Well, the day has come and I am heading back to Portland. It is definitely bittersweet - I have made some amazing friends whom I will always be close with, even if we live 8,000 miles away from each other.
