Thursday, February 21, 2013. Well it has been a year and a lot of things have happened. it can be a scary time. Camping is fun and dirty. Play dates are the best, Olive is a great hostess. Ashdown for Senate the idea is awesome, we wish everyone was as smart as us. Fall is full of politicking and that is the only time we get to see Daddy. He is always working hard for the good guys. Too bad they always finish last. Olive turns 2 years old.

Life is full of laughter and love. and yet as we live everyday life is a struggle. The love we find in life holds us together, strengthens and fulfills us! Tuesday, September 29, 2009. We had an amazing trip to hannibal, mo this week. we decided to go visit the mark twain museum, and we wanted to do the site river tour, but the last one left before we called. but they did have a 2 hr dinner cruise.

Friday, January 11, 2013. Let me tell you a little about this awesome guy named Zach,. He is one of the coolest kids I know. He is such a nice brother and great son! He loves to hike, ride his bike, ski, play soccer, lacrosse and wrestle. He gets good grades and enjoys school. Cause I am totally bragging about him. He is turning 13 tomorrow! King of the world! .

Thursday, September 1, 2011. Brett and I took a little road trip to Oregon to visit our good friends Alec and Randi. First stop Reno, NV. Second stop California and THE REDWOODS! These trees were absolutely incredible. I thought it would be a cool place to visit, but I had no idea. Our favorite hikes were the Lady Bird Johnson Trail and the Stout Grove Trail. Tuesday, November 27, 2012. Every year my mom comes up with a fun little craft to do with the kids as our table centerpiece. They were all very unique and adorable. This is what they looked like when they were finished. Then she decided to make gingerbread cookies for the kids to decorate. I am VERY thankful for my family! .

Friday, March 8, 2013. It is crazy that it has already been a month since you made your first appearance here on Earth. The last month has been the most amazing and exhausting of our lives but it is so worth it to have you here with us! So I am finally doing it now. The Dr called the NICU.
