Am 11 August 1999 . Standen wir auf einem Hügel irgendwo in der Nähe von Metz. Es nieselte und die Sonnenscheibe ließ sich trübe durch die Wolken erahnen. Das der Ort eine gute Wahl gewesen sein muss, wussten wir als noch ein weiteres Grüppchen mit einem Spiegelteleskop auftauchte. Die Enttäuschung über das trübe Wetter, die weite Anreise zu dritt in einem kleinen Ford Puma mit all dem Campinggepäck, war grenzenlos.
