Saturday, May 15, 2010. So for the last few months life has been day to day. We have survived so far. and I am very pleased to announce that Douglas graduated from the S. Quinney School of Law on May 14th. I am so proud of him and all of his hard work. He is so smart and articulate, and I am confident he will find the perfect job to fit his personality and talents. There are only a few pictures. I have been having trouble downloading to the blogspot Sorry! My grandparents and the graduate.
Wednesday, June 8, 2011. The birthday boy as we leave for Seven Peaks. Mom and Leticia are grinding flour to prepare the meal for the day! Peering into a little house. Everyone enjoyed the hike to Spruce Tree House. Time to hike back up! .

Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Our first visit to the Grand Mesa. The Grand Mesa, located just east of Grand Junction is one of the worlds largest flat-top mountains. Below is a view of the Grand Mesa in the distance, from our upstairs bedroom window and yes, I took the picture through the screen. The highest point in elevation is just over 11,000 feet above sea level. These two pictures are not views from the top, but just some of the beautiful views along the way to the top. Saturday, April 18, 2009. Its been forever since I have gotten on here, so hard to find time. Matt went to Omaha for an awards banquet and was one of the top 3 from all the ACC bases for Honor guardsman of the year! My mom came out to help while Matt was gone which Ayden very much enjoyed! Tuesday, December 17, 2013. My mom decided to visit between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. I always have a hard time shopping for my mom. She is one, that if she needs or wants something she just buys it. So I decided that I would treat her to a painting and wine experience as her Christmas and Birthday Present! We had a GREAT time! Thursday, February 23, 2012. This is where we were 3 years ago. This is where we went. This is where we are. Finally! We had new counter tops installed. We refinished our wood floors with a beautiful dark stain. We also extended the wood floors down the hall way and into a dinning room.
