Jeg er veldig glad i indrefilet av svin. Gjerne innsmurt i sennep og svidd på kullgrill. Det finnes selvsagt mange andre varianter og jeg har testet ut litt forskjellig. For å sikre et saftig resultat kan man pakke kjøttet inn i bacon eller spekeskinke. Oppskriften under har jeg prøvd både med parmaskinke og strandaskinke, hvor sistnevnte faktisk ga best resultat. 600-800 g indrefilet av svin. 1-2 ts svart grovkvernet pepper.
