I am getting very excited about being part of Fashion Exposed, a large tradeshow for fashion apparel, shoes, handbags and jewellery at the Sydney Exhibition Centre. I will be there as part of the Debut section! It is all very nerve racking but I know it will be worth it. I will post lots of photos of how it all looks.

Held over the Easter Long Weekend, from April 5-9, the National Folk Festival is one of, if not the best, folk festivals in Australia and we are so lucky to have had it here in Canberra since 1967. En strek i regninga! Leste en artikkel i VG. Om 600 ansatte i Kvinesdal kommune som på grunn av en tabbe ikke fikk utbetalt lønna før påske. En liten tastefeil og dermed får ikke folkene i kommunen lønn før tirsdag neste uke. Men i påska og andre helligdager er det tydeligvis umulig å la det gå automatikk i betalinger. Men å betale en regning på skjærtorsdag er i 2009 fremdeles en uoverkommelig barriere og kun en fjern fremtidsutopi.
Saturday, August 16, 2008. The Gateway Arch is in St. Louis, my birthplace! It was designed by Eero Saarinen,and was opened in 1965. The stainless steel arch is 630 feet tall and 630 feet wide at the ground level. There is a tram inside the arch that takes people to the top. On the top is the viewing area. One can view the Mississippi river that flows on the eastern side of the arch. There is also a museum located below the arch.
