Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Ah, the smell of the beach at summer time. For us, it includes french fries, salt water taffy, and fudge. The fudge at the beach is fantastic. Thick, smooth and delicious! Well, you can now make that wonderful treat right at home. 12 oz can of evaporated milk. 2- 7 oz Hershey Bars. 1- 115 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
