Saturday, July 4, 2009. Ecuador. Im in love. The next great thing about life down here is the food. We have a cook that us authentic food for lunch every day and it is always delicious. We have also discovered a restaurant called Crepes and Waffles and it is incredible. Best icecream ever. The crepes arent bad either. We have been twice already.
