Well, he leaves for Boy Scout Camp on Sunday and he can NOT. Bring a pocket knife unless he has his Totin Chip. For those unfamiliar its a card that says you have proven you know how to use a knife safely and your Trooopmaster signs off on it. IT IS AN EXTREMELY BIG DEAL.
