Thursday, April 28, 2011. First of all my family and I are fine. The tornadoes went just north and south of where I live. However communities around the state are not, they are devastated by the tornadoes that ripped through the state. Tuscaloosa, where I was born, is completely torn apart and my heart goes out to those families. I watch the news and just cry. Please keep everyone in your prayers. Sunday, April 10, 2011. Follow me through my weigh loss journey. Monday, May 7, 2012. NOT! I am completely dissapointed in me. I have absolutely taken my weight loss for granted and now have been stuck in a rut that I cannot wiggle myself out of. From my all time low of 160lbs I now weight 175. ugh! This is about my journey into the land of Lap-Band. After struggling with my weight for all of my adult life, I have decided to do finally something about it. My Surgery Date was December 11, 2009. Monday, August 16, 2010. 8 months and 33 pounds later. Not thrilled with the results or the pics. I now see just how much harder. I have to work and how much further I have to go. I am motivated!
