Extreme nail art from 2009 Tokyo nail art expo. Once you find the resolve to select a design, the real magic begins. The artist goes to work with expert precision and the end result is truly a work of art. I can barely paint my toes one color without getting nail polish all over the place let alone a design. But time after time, they turn out impressive toe masterpieces. Two of my most recent works of art.
You could find this beauty in a little Argentinian pizza place off the Plaza Malasana in Madrid. This thin crust pizza had no tomoato sauce, but had a topping of sauted onions, roquefort and walnuts. Fab food in La Ciotat.
Friday, December 4, 2009. SE Asia Vacation - Day 2, Singapore. Did you read about our SE Asia Vacation - Day 1, Singapore. Our second day in Singapore was a busy one! Joey and I wanted to make the most of our vacation by seeing as much as we could. Just like Okinawa, Singapore is tiny in size, but yet there was so much to see and do. So get ready to see a lot of pictures in this post! Our first stop at Sentosa Island was Siloso Beach. It was beautiful! I see enough large insects here in Okinawa.

Wednesday, December 2, 2009. The scenery is just breathtaking. Everywhere we have been so far has been beautiful. A hostel with an outdoor pool that is naturally heated by the earth! We visited these geysers and sulfur heated springs. I can honestly say that I am just blown away. I will fill you in as soon as I get back. 2 x 6 oz steaks.

Tuesday, November 30, 2010. While this blog has been quiet lately, were still on the island exploring and having fun. In fact, were ramping up efforts to be as active as possible as the countdown to departure begins. Were down to about 6 months and time seems to speed up every day. Driving through there one day, I saw the name Rat and Sheep. So you know I had to check it out. We ordered lamb and chicken with anchovy paste, both which were delicious, and we even bought their homemade bread to take home.CONTENT
