Thursday, December 7, 2006. People have written their names with pencil on the calcite. The interesting part was that they had not deteriorated at all even though this cave gets very wet and somtimes floods. Mitchel, you think if I hit him with a rock he will wear a helmet next time? Sunday, December 3, 2006. I really dont have many good pictures of the cave yet. Our camera malfunctioned during this trip so we really missed most all the good stuff. Crag will be doing a clean up of this cave in the future, so I will try to get some pictures then. turned out some of the texas cavers were from missouri an Iowa, oh well.

Things form very very fast in this cave. Logs, sticks, bones etc are covered. Ceiling in room on first level. Dont knock that rock loose Chaz.
Sunday, December 31, 2006. Flow stone near the entrance. Passage to the small pit. More descent into the pit. this goes through a crack down to the creek. there arre bones embeded in rock off of the creek passage. Another shot of the descent. Mud passage upper part of cave. More passage to upper room.
Thursday, March 1, 2007. Sacraficial Alter, This was pretty cool. there were a lot of these with a bunch of water in them. Not a very good picture but still they are some cool stalagmites. These kind of give a desert feel.
