Thursday, May 5, 2011. We had a great Easter with friends and family. We are grateful to have celebrated the resurrection of our Savior. We had some of our best friends over for Easter dinner. Emme is so sweet! Claire was not disappointed when her egg was opened.
Monday, April 27, 2009. California Here We Come! I Know When I am Baptized. Isaac was baptized last Saturday, the 25th. Ben and I just kept looking at each other, not able to believe that we were already experiencing the baptism of our child. Time goes by so quickly! On Good Friday, we drove to Belleville, TX for one of the best breakfasts ever and stopped by a patch of bluebonnets for some pictures and flower picking. Spring Break lemonade stand. Monday, July 26, 2010. I kinda feel bad that all I did was frost it and put a toy on top. get the special pans and then spend hours on frosting it. I have come to my senses and have learned over the years that it is so not worth all the work.
Monday, July 27, 2015. Ally had been wanting to go check the apples in our orchard for a while. After noticing quite a few of our Gravenstein apples turning pink I decided it was time to head out to the orchard. Colton sat in his stroller while we picked. He was not particularly happy to be confined to his stroller and he was even more upset that I was ignoring him. He was tired and ready for a nap, giving him an apple to gnaw on helped a little. Water is always more refreshing right out of the faucet.
Man oh man, do we love this girl! Eighty-five percent of the day she has me laughing and smiling in complete adoration of her darling self, the other fifteen percent she has me buying a one-way ticket to Crazytown. Audrey received many wonderful gifts. She is great with names.
