Wednesday, August 24, 2011. I weighed in and I am down to 208 so i have lost 12 lbs and i am at a 39-39. i had a great day. I am going to alter it alittle. i will be having a sandwich or salad at lunch. The next 5 days i hope to be under 200lbs. Thursday, August 18, 2011. Monday, August 15, 2011. Sunday, August 14, 2011. I know there are gaps that that is a brief rundown of the past.
