Monday, February 18, 2013. Time to Face The Change. Time has definitely changed me. 54 days ago I started this 365 day yoga challenge. Where did I think it would lead? A stronger body- naturally. Increased flexibility - of course. Open and expansive heart- most definitely. Back to the root of my soul - Hell YES! I will not continue to blog here anymore. My time is valuable right now and I have really had to hunker down and limit outside distractions in order to focus.
