Margo DeMello received her Ph. in Cultural Anthropology from U. Davis in 1995, and currently teaches at Canisius College in the Anthrozoology Masters program. She is the Program Director for Human-Animal Studies at Animals and Society Institute, and the President of House Rabbit Society. She also volunteers for Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary and Prairie Dog Pals.

De eerste 3 maanden van mijn aanstelling heb ik echt nodig gehad om de vereniging en de mensen achter de vereniging te leren kennen. Zonder achtergrond in de atletiek heb ik me hier ingestort en eigenlijk heeft dit me positief verrast. Bij U-Track hebben we de Maatschappelijke stage ingevoer.
