Monday, August 31, 2015. It was sad to leave the beautiful forests of Washington, but we started our journey down the coast. Our first stop for lunch was Astoria, OR. Stretching our legs and looking for a good place for lunch by the pier. Standing by a huge anchor. Looking at the bridge that goes over the Columbia River into Washington. Sunday, October 13, 2013. Since a few of you have wanted to see me surf, Jared took the camera to the beach yesterday to video me. Just proof that at any age you can learn a new sport. Notice though that the wave isnt very big. I dont want to die, just have fun and get exercise. He also got a great shot of Grants surfing as well. It was such a beautiful day. Surfing is a lot of work and you get to see the success pictures but I thought you might enjoy our failure pictures as well. Grant was getting.CONTENT
