Tuesday, January 13, 2015. I got to cross one project off my list because I put the offending blocks in the mail to someone who makes charity quilts. I am relieved to cross another thing off the WIP pile. Thursday, January 8, 2015. I love scraps, I really do.
Saturday, August 15, 2015. A little putzing around the rig, a trip to the laundromat and then to Key City Fish Market where we picked up a couple of whole cooked dungeness crabs for dinner. During our excursion into Port Townsend I had a real treat when I saw an Ohio Class SSBN out in the harbor heading out to sea! Dinner Tuesday night was a real treat! We hit the roa.
Link open for you to share your beautiful finishes and fresh starts. It has been two weeks since we returned from our big trip. What did I do during those weeks, or I should say what have I been doing since I returned? I have only 14 afternoons left at work, then I will be on maternity leave.
This was my first time undertaking needle turn appliqué, once I got the hang of it, I began to feel a lot more relaxed. However, the Needle Turn Police will probably have conniptions! Two more block.
So for the past two days it has done this. The power was out at the school, so no school for the boys today. My goal is to have it done by the end of this month.

Friday, July 3, 2015. Happy 4th of July everyone. I know, its been awhile since I added anything here - Ive been busy. Don and Mindy went to Michigan for Dales memorial service and then on to Libby - in time for Don to do LOTS of dish washing! Jamie came to stay with me and Mom while Don was away and I enjoyed her visit! We arent sure just how we might make it without Stefanis help - she returned from her honeymoon just in time to be SOOOOO helpful! On the quilting side of my life, heres the latest!CONTENT
