Thursday, October 6, 2011. This term we have had some great activities. Here are photos of a few of them. We went to Whenua Iti to explore the environment. We planted trees, which we hope to go back to see in a few years, and we played awesome games. We also sang our Solar System song at Assembly. Wednesday, February 2, 2011. The dog on the playground. One day there was a dog in the playground. it went so high over the swings that he went over the bar. And he liked the swings the best. and he went wee down the slide. One day there was a dog named Frederic that went to the playground . Room 6 - To be all we can! Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Create your own video slideshow. We are learning about, Force. A force is a push or a pull. We created different types of earthquakes in the sandpit to help learn about the different forces they create. Akomanga Whitu, Kura o Mapua. Put two boards beside each other. Then put some sand on top. Next build a town on it. Choose an earthquak you want to make. But we were very tired after that! Akomanga Whitu, Kura o Mapua.
