Thursday, October 6, 2011. This term we have had some great activities. Here are photos of a few of them. We went to Whenua Iti to explore the environment. We planted trees, which we hope to go back to see in a few years, and we played awesome games. We also sang our Solar System song at Assembly. Room 6 - To be all we can! Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Create your own video slideshow. We are learning about, Force. A force is a push or a pull. We created different types of earthquakes in the sandpit to help learn about the different forces they create. Akomanga Whitu, Kura o Mapua. Put two boards beside each other. Then put some sand on top. Next build a town on it. Choose an earthquak you want to make. But we were very tired after that! Akomanga Whitu, Kura o Mapua.
