Sunday, July 10, 2011. I am typing this out while sitting in my temporary bed in a cabin in the mountains. I am on night three of camping here, and it is freezing! The temperature dropped to around 5 degrees Celsius, and it is nasty outside. So here I sit, wrapped in blankets with the furnace on high, while the kids go swimming with Blanches daughter Chevy, and Mom visits with her best friend in the other cabin. It hasnt been like this the entire time weve been here. Yesterday was pretty nice, too.
