Sunday, October 2, 2011. I feel like the days when we actually get out of the house and have a fun day as a family are too few and far between. Today, however, we really made the best of the whole day and filled it to the brim with fun. But I love him anyway. Interlude- mama needs new shoes! .
I have a little secret. I felt the guilt as soon as I walked in last night. Well, actually as soon as I stepped onto the porch. And not in the overdone, cost-a-fortune, gaudy sense, but in the perfectly cozy, just-my-style sense. So this year, this Christmas, it has been hard to be motivate.

The entire feel of it has just seemed to be missing the mark. I almost exclusively do reviews here, which is not my heart- I am a writer and artist at my core and I want my blog to reflect that.
