The schedule today was kind of fun and we ran on the curve. we were supposed to regulate our breathing which was so difficult to do. i couldnt possibly hold my breath for 20m. i only did it once and i dont really remember it clearly. id breathe in before i started and then exhale on my first step. must take note of my arm swings when running on the curve.
